The Ain Sukhna Terminal is situated on the western shore of the Gulf of Suez. The Terminal is located just 50 kilometers south of Suez Port.

The terminal consists of 4 Singel Point Mooring bouys capable of handling vessels up to 565 000 Dwt< Ain Sukhna is a private port controlled by SUMED and is situated 54 km S of Suez. Crude Oil is offloaded from ships that are to large to enter the Suez Canal fully loaded. The oil is pumped in Pipelines to Sidi Kerir.
